This Privacy Policy describes how National Identity Management Commission collects, uses, and discloses your information when you use our mobile application (App), ‘my ID-Day’ (the "Service"), and tells you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.

Account: A unique account created for you to access our Service.
Application: The software program provided by the Company downloaded by you on any electronic device, named ‘my ID-Day’.
Company: National Identity Management Commission, located at National Identity Management Commission HQ, No. 11, Sokode crescent off Dallaba street. Wuse Zone 5, Abuja.
Device: Any device that can access the Service, such as a computer, a cellphone, or a digital tablet.
Personal Data: Any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
Service: The Mobile App.

Our Service is not directed to anyone 16 of age and under. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone 16 of age and under.
